Books hold a special place in my life -- they have been steadfast friends, lifesavers, and bridges to safe and fun spaces. I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity and privilege to create books for children.

I've received help and encouragement along the way. I was a finalist for Storyteller Academy's Manuscript Showcase in 2023, a runner up for #PBRisingStars 2023 mentorship program, and a finalist for We Need Diverse Books' 2023 mentorship program.
My art medium of choice is collage, however this portfolio is completely digital with cut paper collage effects. I love just about every art supply I come across, so collage helps me to not have to choose.
